We are actively following government guidelines on working in homes.  For your reassurance:

• A large proportion of the assessment takes place outside
• We will tell you, prior to our visit, what we will be doing and where
• We will observe social distancing both inside and outside
• Assessors have the relevant PPE, such as gloves and face masks
• Use of hand sanitisers on arrival
• Clean down of any objects or surfaces before we leave
